She's blonde, beautiful and a lesbian sex goddess. Janine Lindemulder started in the "adult" business as a Penthouse model and then moved on to bigger and better things, thanks to the team @ Vivid Video. With the exception of the one time she was caught on tape doing the nasty with Vince Neil of Motley Crue, Janine does only lesbian work in adult movies. And oh does she do it well!!
But that's not what made her famous - well sort of. Janine teamed up with exotic dancer / centerfold Julia Ann and formed the dance duo they called "Blondage". They took their act on the road and it was a roaring success. Blondage was reported to be the most successful "adult" dancing duo of all time, drawing massive fans from around the world.
When Janine wasn't on the road with her Blondage show, she was busy making videos for Vivid. Some of her best titles include "Suite 18", "American Blonde" and "Oral Obsession". As Janine's fan base grew so do the cry's to see her perform "on camera" with a male partner.
Those prayers were answered (but only by accident) with the release of "Janine and Vince Neil: Hardcore and Uncensored". This particular video wasn't a professional made adult movie by any means. It was a tape of Janine on vacation with a few friends, getting caught on tape doing the nasty. The tape only became such a big deal when another member of the Motley Crue band got caught on tape doing the nasty with his super famous wife, Pamela Anderson. You would think those boys would learn to keep their pants on when the camera was rolling.
Anyway, after the release of the Vince Neil tape, Janine was never again seen performing on camera with a male. She preferred to only work with females and that's exactly what she did. However, Janine was so extraordinary at doing so - her fans didn't seem to mind. Especially when she was giving us such films as "Where The Boy's Aren't 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13".
Janine doesn't only perform in adult movies. You can also watch her in mainstream movies like "Howard Stern's Private Parts" as the lesbian camp counselor. She was also in "Spring Break USA", "The Price of Desire", "Moving Target" and "Caged Fury". She has appeared in numerous music videos including Vince Neil's "Sister of Pain" and was on the CD cover of Blind-182's popular "Enema of the State".
Janine's most infamous mainstream appearance was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, where Janine and Nikki Tyler accompanied Howard Stern. Uptight Jay Leno was a little embarassed when the two embraced in a passionate kiss, which was an historic event as it was the first ever, real lesbian kiss in television history.
As of October 1, 1999 Janine's contract expired with Vivid and she retired from making adult movies but lucky for her she made so many while she was in the biz, we can enjoy watching her for a long time to come.
In late 2001, Janine realized she missed being in the spotlight and returned to the adult business signing a contract with Digital Playground and shortly after Vivid released a Janine compilation title on DVD called "Deep Inside Janine" which instantly shot to the top of DVD sales charts, proving Janine is still a force to be reckoned with.
Nothing ever came of her deal with Digital Playground. Not even one title was ever released. But in 2002 Janine was inducted into the AVN (Adult Video News) Hall of Fame.
In May in 2002 Janine revealed that she had in fact been working on something and that it will be released "soon". That has been almost a year ago and still nothing has come out so we aren't quite sure what the deal was.
In November 2004 Janine did in fact come back and with a bang. For the first time in her career Janine has decided to perform on camera with males in her new movie "ManEater". In an interview with AVN (the people who do the porn star awards every year) Janine revealed the reason she only performed on camera with females in the beginning was because she was married. After her divorce the men she dated appreciated the fact that she was only with other females so it just sort of "stuck" but times have changed and so has Janine.
